We do not offer refunds or returns at this time, but we want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase. Damages and issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via info@cherishunaturalbathandbody.com with the details within 7 days after you receive your item.  We’ll respond within 48 hours to remedy the situation.  Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.
