How long does natural soap bars last?

On average, our soaps can last 2-3 weeks with daily use. To extend the life of the soap bar we recommend storing the soap in a dry place and allow it to dry out between uses. Do not leave soap sitting in water. Use a draining soap dish to help water drain from soap. You can find one in our accessories.

Does my product have an expiration date?

Unlike commercial bath & body products, our products are not made to sit on shelves for long periods of time. We blend our products in small batches to ensure that you get the freshest products possible. Other than our soap, we recommend using our product withing six months of purchase.

Are your products vegan?

Many of our products are vegan friendly. We only use only natural plant-based oils & butters however, some of our products contain goat milk and honey.  Feel free to check our ingredient labels on each product so you can make an informed choice about a product that is right for your lifestyle.

Orders & Delivery

How can I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. 

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered.  We try to ship using the most cost effective option.  If your order value is more than $75, we provide free shipping within the U.S.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.


Do you offer returns or refunds

Your satisfaction is our goal, and we truly believe you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We do not offer refunds or returns at this time, but we want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase. Please contact customer care at for assistance.

My order has arrived damaged; what can I do?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via with the details within 7 days after you receive your item.  We’ll respond within 48 hours to remedy the situation.  Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.


Can a coupon be added to monthly subscriptions?

The monthly subscription is already at a discounted rate so coupon will not apply.

How do I subscribe?

When placing an order, you must select the "subscribe" option on the product page.

When will my subscription be sent?

Your subscription will be sent every 30 days.
