How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via firstname.lastname@example.org, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. We try to ship using the most cost effective option. If your order value is more than $50, we provide free shipping within the U.S.

My order has arrived damaged. What can I do?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via email@example.com with the details within 7 days after you receive your item. We’ll respond within 48 hours to remedy the situation. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.
